National Statistics
As a Business Degree graduate I have varied interests on top of Trucking
It all relates for driver's expectations based on national statistical data available.
Average Annual Incomes US 2025
$61,984 a year for a 40 hr a week job typically full time hours.
- $1,192 a week
- $29.80 a hour
- Top to bottom earners. 41% earn over $50k/yr, only 13% earn over $100k/yr.
- It's interesting when you look at all the money people pay or take on debt for advanced degrees and spend years learning to earn over $100k/yr and still statistically as a driver with a few years of experience, 4 weeks to 6 months at a driving school, you can earn that. For a cost of $5-10k for training For all the gripes, no it isn't easy by any means, but it pays! If qualified contact, apply, and start earning drivers.
% At each earning level in case you compare to neighbors, or fellow Americans.
